Description
Organic oat flakes, ideal for breakfast with milk, yogurt, or even plain. They contain a combination of dietary fibers (soluble and insoluble) that have the following properties: they satisfy hunger and lower cholesterol. The calories are considerable, however, a small amount is enough to feel full, which is also due to the fact that there is a small amount of fat found in the cereal. As a plain cereal, it is quite bland, but with fruit or if boiled with juice, it becomes quite tasty. Additionally, oat flakes contain large amounts of B-complex vitamins, which are very important for our health. They also contain smaller amounts of vitamin E, folic acid, and potassium.
