Description
Edible Dulse seaweed is one of the tastiest sea greens with a slightly salty and spicy flavor. High in protein, iodine, and dietary fiber. Fat-free and sugar-free. Preparation: Wash and soak in cold water for 10 minutes, then cut and add to salads, soups, and pasta.
