Description
Carob powder can be used as a healthy substitute for cocoa or chocolate. Caffeine-free, gluten-free, without preservatives or additives. Made from 100% carob. It is a natural sweetener, rich in calcium, phosphorus, potassium, carbohydrates, protein, magnesium, vitamins A, B, and D, and various minerals, and it has higher nutritional value than chocolate, while containing less than half the fat. Usage: For chocolate drinks, replace every 2 tablespoons of chocolate with 3 tablespoons of carob powder. For cocoa, replace with an equal amount of carob powder. It can be used in cakes, sweets, cookies, baked goods, drinks, and milkshakes. Since it is a natural sweetener, less sugar is needed in each recipe. Alternatively, you can use carob syrup instead of sugar. It is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Store in a dry and shaded place.
