Dry red wine from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon of the organic estate Koukos in Achaia after careful vinification and aging in oak barrels for 12 months, hence oak matured. Medium ruby color. Mature, nose of warm fruits, ripe cherries, spices, tobacco smoke, and dried herbs, giving a complete picture. Mature on the palate, with notes of dehydrated dark red fruits, moderate acidity, and soft tannins.
