Manu "cultivates" its characteristic, authentic flavor with fresh, raw vegetables, salt, and with the help of beneficial bacteria (lactic acid bacteria) that naturally develop on the vegetables and during fermentation. The pickles are fermented in a natural, traditional way in oak barrels for at least 3 weeks. Fermentation in oak barrels produces particularly flavorful characteristics and aromas, and can wonderfully "color" your everyday or special creations. You can add them to your daily salads, in delicious sandwiches, in dishes with fish, chicken, beef, or pork, you can combine them with other appetizers to give more flavor, color, and texture to your meals, or even in healthy vegetable smoothies.
