Description
Whole truffle preserved in its juice. You can grate (or cut thin slices with a knife) a small amount over your dish when serving. Do not use the truffle with other spices. A very small amount is enough to flavor your food. Always use the juice and the truffle at the end and not during cooking. It pairs excellently with rice, pasta, boiled or fried potatoes. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
