Description
Wild cod (Gadus) fillets, frozen, boneless. Gluten-free and sugar-free. Ready for cooking, in a protective glaze, individually removable. Cod contains less mercury compared to other fish, such as tuna. It is easy to handle, ideal for baking and frying. Leave to thaw at room temperature for about 3 hours or in the refrigerator for about 6 hours. Rinse the fillets well under running water and dry with kitchen paper. Stored at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing.
