The organic fir honey is collected by bees in the fertile fir forests of Mainalo, at an altitude of 2000m. It is low in sugars, its taste is mildly sweet. Its nutritional and organic value is very high, as it is honey rich in trace elements. Additionally, it has antiseptic, diuretic, and anti-anemic properties. It does not crystallize. Harvest area: Mainalo, Arcadia. Collection period: June to July.
