Preparation: In the pan: Place the desired amount of mushrooms in a pan (no need to thaw before use) with a little oil or butter. Cook on low heat until the liquid is absorbed, adding salt, herbs, or spices of your choice if desired. To enhance flavors in sauces-soups, you can add the frozen mushrooms (no need to thaw before use) to sauces-soups for 2-3 minutes before serving. Keep frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing.
