At the estate of K. Tsimbragos SA in the mountainous area of Gonia Maleviziou, Crete, located at the foothills of Psiloritis, hens live in a natural environment. There, organic farming eggs are produced, inspected and certified by the state and European Union approved Control and Certification Organization for Organic Products DIO. The hens are fed only with certified organic grains. They roam freely within the facilities, having continuous contact with the natural environment, on the hill of the K. Tsimbragos SA farm.
