Description
Maple syrup is made from the sap of maple trees. After collection, it is heated to evaporate the water it contains in its natural form. Its distinctive features are its content of manganese and zinc, which support our immune system among other things. Additionally, it is rich in nutrients and complements muesli, beverages, puddings, toast, ice cream, bread, pies, and cakes. The difference from honey is that when heated, it does not lose its valuable nutrients. Furthermore, it contains riboflavin, which is essential for energy production.
